*-Orders placed before 7pm are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed after 7pm will begin to be processed as if ordered the next business day (Including express next day delivery orders).
*Due to the busy period and current public health situation courier services are delayed and deliveries may take a little longer than the estimated times shown on Etsy. We apologise for any inconvenience. We are trying our best to dispatch on time and trying to find efficient and fast delivery couriers. However, after dispatch, deliveries are dependent on the courier services situation and something we cannot control.

-We operate Monday-Friday only. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be attended to on the following Monday (including express).
-For returns and exchanges purchaser must contact us within 14 days of receiving, Items must then be returned within 14 days, items received outside of this time frame will not be refunded. The cost of returning gift box would be fulfilled by the purchaser (also applicable to re delivery). Items must be unworn and in a resaleable condition. For returns, once item is received by us and is in acceptable condition a refund can be processed.
-Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn't returned in original condition of return or redelivery will be paid by customer.
