•Depending on the number of scarves and colours chosen, configuration and decoration colour will vary (but similar to what is shown) and will be made to compliment scarves.

•Personalisation option is for colour choice of the scarves only
•Orders placed before 7pm are dispatched within 1-3 business days. Any orders placed after 7pm will begin to be processed as if ordered the next business day (Including express next day delivery orders)
After dispatch, delivery times and delays are dependent on the courier services situation and something we cannot control.
-We operate Monday-Friday only. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be attended to on the following Monday (including express).
-For returns and exchanges purchaser must contact us within 14 days of receiving, Items must then be returned within 14 days, items received outside of this time frame will not be refunded. The cost of returning gift box would be fulfilled by the purchaser (also applicable to re delivery). Items must be unworn and in a resaleable condition. For returns, once item is received by us and is in acceptable condition a refund can be processed.
